Cod Liver Oil contains Omega-3 and Vitamins A, D and E. It is used to support joint and cardiovascular health.

This product is a Cod Liver Oil capsule, each capsule provides 50mg EPA/ DHA. At the advised intake of 6 capsules per day, this product will deliver some benefits associated with increased intake of Omega-3 particularly in the long term.

It is considered by our panel that more comprehensive benefits can be observed with an intake greater than 450mg EPA/DHA per day. 6 capsules of this product also provide 100% RDA Vitamin A and 200% RDA Vitamin D. As such this product would be expected to deliver the benefits associated with supplementation of these vitamins.

The concern with this product is the long term compliance of taking 6 capsules per day. The product is very expensive for what it provides.
