Dr. Rubaiul Murshed completed his graduation in the early 80's. He served under the Bangladesh ministry of Health for more than a decade. He did his post-graduations and went through different experiences in Europe and Australia and ultimately came back to Dhaka in December 2002. He was part of the commissioning team as Head of Medical Services of Square Hospital, Dhaka. He was Chief Consultant of Health Care Services Management at the STS Group (Apollo Hospitals, Dhaka, Bangladesh). He was involved in managing United Hospital. He was also involved as Chief Consultant. Quality Assurance and Hospital management in the Bangladesh Police Hospitals and also the country’s only Medical University respectively. He is a renowned Health columnist and author of five books.
