ENEGRA® (50 and 100 mg tablet) is the preparation of Sildenafil Citrate. Sildenafil Citrate, is the citrate salt of sildenafil, a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5). ENEGRA is indicated in erectile dysfunction (ED).
