Anti-anthelmintics (Antiparasite Preparations)
Indication: Treatment of pinworm, round worm, hookworm, whip worm, tape worm and threadworm in single or mixed infections.
Dosage & Administration: Ermox® 100 mg tablet and Ermox® suspension have the same dosage schedule applies to adults & children. Enterobiasis : A single tablet or 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) of the suspension. Ascariasis, Ancylostomiasis, Trichuriasis : 2 tablets in two divided doses for 3 consecutive days or 2 teaspoonful (10 ml) in two divided doses for 3 consecutive days. Taeniasis & strongyloidiasis : Adults : 2 tablets twice daily for 3 consecutive days. Children: 1 tablet or 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) twice daily for 3 consecutive days.
Preparation: Ermox® 100 tablet : Box containing 20 x 6 tablets in blister pack. Ermox® 500 tablet : Box containing 10 x 8 tablets in blister pack.
